There are 9 windows which have been broken due to vandals. There is minimal Sheetrock damage in the kitchen (believed to be due to water seeping behind the siding and leaking down, but not for certain). The kitchen is also out dated.
The inside is solid. Hardwood flooring can be found under the carpet. There are washer and dryer hookups. The house has heat through out, but the A/C is window unit. The roof may need replaced or re-shingled. The siding is the old asbestos siding but is in decent shape.
